Advantien Partners With Colorado Orthopedic Surgery Center for Implant Management

Advantien announces it has partnered with a Colorado orthopedic ambulatory surgery center for implant management.

Under the partnership agreement, Advantien will manage the ASC's $1.5 million in implants, negotiating best-in-class implant and disposable pricing, centralizing vendor invoicing (while preserving surgeons' choice of implants) andaccelerating payor reimbursement.

Advantien estimates that these services will drive approximately $200,000 in profit to the surgery center.

The meeting takes place May 2-5, 2016, at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront in San Diego, Calif.

The goal of the joint session is to encourage teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration at Regent surgery centers. The materials managers portion of the conference will highlight the Regent supply chain initiatives for 2016. It will also include rigorous training modules, industry updates and discussion of new product offerings. The directors of nursing portion of the conference will continue to provide education on key accreditation issues, infection prevention concerns and clinical topics aligned with strategic initiatives that Regent has identified for each surgery center.
